When creating a new request types can you add a http link in the form

I am trying to create a new user Request type form for my helpdesk. An end-user might request multiple users to be set up, in this case, we would ask them to attach an excel spreadsheet of all the users.

There is an attachment option to cover this but is it somehow possible to add a HTTP link to an excel template? As some times the users upload a list and they miss a number of key fields.

Eg.

If requesting multiple users use the following template

Hi @SimonT

You can use wiki template into the 'Field Help' section of fields added to the request type form.

Example below

If requesting multiple users use the following [template|http://atlassian.com]

Thanks for that great hint and method of use. I also found this guide to wiki use as well that allowed me even more control. Thanks for sharing how this could be done.

Bonus point @Gikku  is there a way to host the excel file in jira service desk ?
