I have Consultants that will need to access to JIRA but I only want to allow them to do the following:

and View

Hi @Arcolia Beverly , if you're on Company-managed project (check in left-bottom corner), you can go to project settings (left bar) -> Permissions -> Actions -> Edit Permissions and edit permissions so the consultants only have
If you're on Team managed project you can't edit permissions for it in detail.

Hi, when you're granting permissions you should see following screen. You can select Show more and additional options will be displayd (Single user, group...)
