Apologies new to Jira, but can not find an answer for next gen projects (can find for classic).
How do i reorganise the order of my request types? I have change at the top, so it appears at the top in the web portal, but this is not ideal as its the least used. I want service request or incident request at the top, but can not find a way to do this.

Currently the option to reorder the Request types it not avaliable in the early access of the Service Desk Next-Gen project types.
I created the following feature request to track interest in this option, please make sure to add a vote and if you have the time to do so can you add some feedback on the feature and what you would like to see in its implementation:
