Hello everyone, My name is Marc and I'm a new joiner to the New to Jira Service Management group!

I have been in the Atlassian realm for over 10 years now and have setup many Service Management projects in this time.

I'm even aware the before JSM/JSD, was there that it was an ongoing development from the app 'Vertigo SLA'
