Hello Community

I'm trying to send Zabbix alerts to Jira Service Desk using Webhook in Zabbix MediaType according to the GitHub Project:

https://git.zabbix.com/projects/ZBX/repos/zabbix/browse/templates/media/jira_servicedesk?at=refs%2Fheads%2Frelease%2F5.0

Well, it has worked fine using Zabbix 5.0 but unfortunally I have one Zabbix in 4.4.10 version. I've tried to configure all but I'm facing an error with "Sending failed: TypeError: cannot read property 'issueKey' of null" when Zabbix sends one alert request to Jira. But the alert was sended to Jira normally.

The same occurs when Zabbix sends the alert update to Jira when it was closed. I'm facing the error "Sending failed: Incorrect Request key given: {EVENT.TAGS.__zbx_jira_requestkey}".

Please, could you help me with that?

Regars,

Nadia
