Hello @Firojuddin Saifi,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

It's possible to disable the invitation email when adding new customers.

Please, go to Project settings > Customer notifications (Classic project) or Service Desk Settings > Notifications > Customer notifications (Next-gen project).

On this page, you can edit or disable the notifications:
