I can edit my Queues to filter out certain Status of the Requests but that only updates my Queues and not globally to the users. So my boss sees unfiltered Queues unless he changes them himself. We would prefer as Admins to make this change globally without each user having to do it themselves. Can anyone explain how to do this? Thanks, Gene
