I am setting up Jira Service Management to manage incoming requests from a designated e-mail inbox. When I try to re-direct the e-mails to Jira they are blocked as unknown domains. How do I get the domains cleared so that the redirects will go through?

If all your configurations are correctly setup, and the problem still happening - I would recommend you to contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) for further assistance on why the emails are being blocked.
