Hi all!
I am trying to adapt JIRA Service Desk to handle a business communication, not related to the technical aspects. What I want to achieve is to adjust each comment footer dynamically. Is it possible to add a signature (name, position, phone number etc.) which is dependent on which user is currently logged in? I would like to insert the dynamic(?) signature in each comment posted externally (Share with the client) and each time the outgoing message is created.
Anyone can advise?

Currently, it's not possible to set a signature for agents. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
