Assign custom request type to e-mail requests

After creating a custom request type and setting SLAs for this type I'd like to assign incoming e-mails this request type. Unfortunately my custom type is not available in the selectable requests types, is it not possible or am I'm missing a setting here?

Hi @Michael Graupner ,

To receive requests by email, you must have a request type with visible Summary and Description fields. All other request type fields must be optional.

You can create a new request type or modify an existing one.

Regards

Thank you very much, perfect solution.

Tansu, what happens if one of the fields is somehow set to required? It seems then that all email requests will fail.
