If I archive a space, does it remove task assignments for that space from users tasks?

I have a space that is no longer being used, but that needs to be kept for possible use in the future. Users no longer want to see tasks from this space in their action items on their task page. If I archive the space, will this remove the action items for the space from the users task page?

Hi @Jay White , once you archive the space the tasks will disappear in their task page, once you activate the space again they will appear in their task page
