How to fetch list of Disbaled Users and Delete the Spaces own by them

I'm looking for the solution on Personal Space Clean up for Inactive/disabled users.

I have following question:

•  How can I fetch the list of Inactive users.
• How can I know Inactive users personal space and Inactive spaces from last 3years.
• How Inactve users/spaces can be deleted.

How to fetch a list of inactive users?

Are you on the server or Data center? If yes, have a look at UserManagement for Confluence. 

How to find inactive spaces?

This is a thread that addresses your problem. This includes a query you can use for finding inactive spaces using the last view date and last used date.

How can the space be deleted?
