How to disable user in bulk?

We have two directory -

1- Confluence Internal Directory [Default for external users]

2- LDAP Directory [ For Internal users]

We need to create or disable bulk LDAP users in LDAP Directory without modifying directories' default setting.

Please guide anybody

1) I am not sure of any built-in method , maybe some kind of scripts at DB level perhaps ?

2) For LDAP Directory, you will have to make changes at the AD Level - I don't think its worth doing at application level.
