Hi everyone my name is Busi. I'm so greatful to join confluence group. I wish to embark on this journey with all of you honestly and sincerely so. 

At this moment I'm working on team invitation for collaboration but I have a challenge. When I log in to my confluence.I failed and the error says I need site certificate or that certificate is not instored in my device. The other error says I must remember that I need confluence 6.8 so now I'm stucked because its like my URL is not functioning at all. I don't know maybe I  use it wrong. I sincerely apologize if this is irrelevant or sound stupidity but I need help maybe with a link just to log in.

@Busisiwe - hi Busi! Have you solved your issue/s?

It sounds like you're on a Confluence Server or Confluence Data Center installation.

  • When logging into Confluence, there should be a "Forgot your password?" link. Have you tried that?
  • If you're not the admin of your Confluence, try contacting them to help you log in?
