File List and Search Box

I am uploading PowerPoint presentations and pdf files into my file list.

I want to enable a search box that can find these files using keywords inside these files for a more efficient search. I tried using the Macro Search tool, but unfortunately, it does not bring any result with PowerPoint.

I understand I can add labels whenever I upload a file, but since I manage hundreds of files, it looks impossible for me to do that.

Hi @Daniel Jimenez welcome to the Atlassian community.

Please be informed that you can "search for attachments" in Confluence using the advanced search. There are list of filters to the right-hand side of advanced search, where you are able to filter by content type.

How does it work? Does it read the entire file and tries to do a search for each item at a time or the entire data at once?
