Reporting Actuals vs Planned time with Tempo

In our business we use Jira with both the Tempo Timesheets and Tempo Planner plugin on our Jira Cloud instance. In order to audit our planning efficiency we would like to report on a detailed level about the planned issue versus the actual issues per employee per day. 

The only way we've found to do this is by making a custom report per employee. But when exporting the data, it will not include the planner hours. 
Also we would like to report per Issue, as the Planned hours will only show per Project. 

In a way, we would like to export a list for each Employee with the planned hours planned per ticket versus the worklogs of that day in order to manage and improve our planning process.
