Hi,

It appears that this functionality is being provided by a 3rd party app, namely Work Time Calendar for Jira.

I would recommend reaching out to that vendor for support with that app in this case.  You can do that on their portal of https://brizoit.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/4
