I am trying to install this add on project team health monitor, and it says is not supported? Does this add on already out of service?
Dear Abraham,
Whenever an add-on is unsupported, this does not mean it is out of service. It only means that Atlassian will not support technical questions about the add-on, and you will have to direct your questions directly to the developer of the add-on.
What is a Supported Add-on?
What is a Unsupported Add-on?
If the add-on in question is not developed by Atlassian or does not have a "Supported" icon on its homepage, please do not file tickets in the Atlassian Support system. We will not be able to answer them. However, you still have a few other avenues to get help.
That said, unsupported add-ons are the responsibility of their authors or the user-community: not Atlassian. We cannot test or upgrade all of the add-ons that have been contributed.
Friendly Regards,
Jeremy Mooiman
