Hi Atlympics, have you tried this add-on for Jira- "Zephyr Squad". If not than it's one of the known and popular plugin for test management activities.

• How did you find the app?

This app is recommended by client itself and have been using for almost an year.

• What did you use it for?
  We had extensively used it for:

Creating test cases, search and import tests, understand the cycle summary, test summary and traceability with user stories. Here's a sample graph replicated for this article purpose and view.

• Which team used it?

We have many teams in the project and majority of them are using this add-on.

• What would happen if you didn’t have it?

Well their are many market place test management apps. But Zephyr squad is user friendly and easy to navigate. With their integrations with API's make it more easy to work.
