Is it possible to restrict which projects have the Zendesk Support panel / tab visible in JIRA?
I've restricted which projects can have a ticket created from Zendesk using the plugins configuration options - however this doesn't restrict which projects have the panel and tab visible in the issue view.
I've been in touch with Zendesk and they've confirmed this functionality isn't possible - but the did indicate there was work around in JIRA?
Can anyone help?
