I have a list of Test Cases that I want to assert a bulk change over, but the three dots I am used to seeing at the top right of the screen are not there. What is there is a menu with the word "Tools" - and it is greyed out.
I seem unable to assert a bulk change on only this set of tickets. Additionally, the header of the page in JIRA looks different - it is greyish and filled with pull-down menus.
Confused...
