Tempo Work attributes as A Jira custom field

We are using Tempo Work attributes to capture the worklog area and this is a Mandatory field while logging work from the Tempo timesheet. 

We are also allowing users to Log Work while changing the Jira status by adding Transition screen with "Log Work" field.

We were not able to capture work area If the user adds the "Work log' using Jira "Log Work" field...is there any way to use Tempo Work attribute as a Jira custom field. 

Or any other work arounds helps my case to capture work area while logging work from jira "Log Work" field. 

We have Scriptrunner, Automation for Jira addons..
