In the customer portal Once the ticket is created all the ticket details will be displayed.
After few comments That ticket details will be moved to bottom of the page.
What I want is to have a Show/Hide Details Option.
Once we have more comments I must be able to Hide Details on the top and if the end user wants to see the details then he can see the details by Clicking Show Details options.
Something like this in the attached Image.
I think this feature is already available, Can anyone help me to overcome this.
