Hi-

My team and I are trying to embed reports in to confluence pages and export them to pdf's. Recently we tried this by using an eazybi macro and inserting the report. But when we exported to the page to pdf, the report did not appear. We are not using the jira charts because it does not allow us to customize the information in the charts.

For example, we would like a chart showing issue priority levels vs. sla.

Does anyone have suggestions?

Thank you!

Hi @Mary Ramirez

Yes, eazyBI reports are not included in the exported PDF document if reports are published with external Jira gadgets "eazyBI report" or "eazyBI dashboard".

Another way to publish eazyBI for Jira reports on Confluence pages is using the app "eazyBI Reports and Cahrts for Confluence". This app is installed on Confluence and offers a set of new macros for publishing reports (https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybiconfluence/publish-reports/eazybi-macros-in-confluence-pages). When exporting the confluence page content to a document or PDF, eazyBI reports for Jira and Confluence are included.

Best,
