Jira issue collector custom template issues
I was able to create a Jira issue collector and i'm linking the issue collector URL to an image in order to feature the issue collector in a Tableau dashboard. I found a URL hack that allows you to copy/paste the issue collector # into a URL. The problem i'm experiencing is when I create a custom template, for example i want to change the name from the default "Raise a Bug" to custom, where you need to manually enter text in the issue collector form below. When I use the custom template option, the URL hack no longer works. Anyone have an idea of how I can customize the issue collector and surface the form through a URL?
