Jira Automation Error: JQL condition Can't run component as it requires issue(s) in the context

Hello guys,

what is wrong with my automation? Why occurs an error? I cannot find the reason and do not understand the description of the error. Please help :)

Hi Masoud,

Are you using the Codebarrel Automation tool? It doesn't appear to be the built-in one in Jira.

There's a user with a similar issue in this thread:

Can you make sure you're running the latest version?

Hi Shannon,

you are right. We are using the automation done by Code Barrel Pty Ltd. But we are using the online version for Jira Cloud. Therefore there is no need for updating the version? Or am I wrong?

I have already read the thread that you are mentioning. As we are using the online version it didn't really help.
