Hello dear community, is it possible to add a word template document to the subtask creation (he is created through jira automation).

This document must be filled in by the project manager and is the only way to solve our problem.

Does anyone have a solution or something? Have you encountered a similar problem?

Best regards

Jurica

Hi @Jurica Petricevic

Unfortunately attachments are not yet supported by the Automation feature - you can track the backlog item for this here.

Based on the accepted answer on this post, it doesn't look like this feature will be implemented any time soon.

What you could do, is create a table within the automation rule (in a multi-line text field such as the Description field) and try to create a basic form this way
