Hi

Currently, we are having slow email issue. Mails are stuck in Queue. Can this add-on help us to resolve the issue? I need your reviews regarding the add-on. Is this add-on helpful?

Hello,

JEMH does not add any additional functionality to Jira's mail queue, once an email is on the mail queue, any delay would probably be due to a slow connection with the email server in use.

JEMH notifications will be added to the Jira mail queue in the same way as a built in Jira notification.

We do have an additional plugin Enterprise Email Queue which bypasses Jira's built in mail queue for issue notification emails, EMQ can also be driven by JEMH if necessary.

If you have emails stuck in the queue and you are not using JEMH or EMQ, reach out to Atlassian customer support, it is probably misconfiguration of your email server or a slow connection in combination with large emails.
