We have over 10 incoming account that we would like to connect to our JSM project. Is there a limit to the number of incoming email connections? We are looking at Email This Issue as a possible solution and can not determine if there is a limit.
Currently, a service project can have up to 10 email addresses connected to it.

Hope this helps!

I checked the doc and doesn't seem to have this information. Would be good if you reached out to plugin vendor directly.

I did and received this answer from the vendor.

Hi there!
Thank you for reaching out.
I'm pleased to inform you that there are no limitations on the number of incoming accounts you can create via Email this issue. You are welcome to add as many accounts as you need.
Regarding connections to a Microsoft mail server, our cloud platform ensures that these connections (both incoming and outgoing) are managed efficiently. They are channeled in a queue to prevent overloading the mail server, as Microsoft mail servers may deny connections if too many are initiated from the same origin simultaneously.
If you have any further questions or need additional information, please feel free to ask.
Kind regards,
Daniel
