I am not able to generate the document from Xray add on in Jira. It says something went wrong. I raised the ticket with xray support team(Not able to generate documents using Xray add on - Product Support - Service project (getxray.app)) and they created the bug (https://jira.getxray.app/browse/XRAYCLOUD-6370) for this and after their finding they mentioned in the bug that this is something happening from Jira. Below is the comment from Xray team on the Bug:
"This bug is happening on Jira's side, since the 404 error is created even before reaching our route (in this case the DocGen export route). The menu options for this kind of menu are defined in the atlassian-connect.json file and this location - "operations-top-level" https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/issue-view-ui-locations/ - has different behaviours depending on where it is triggered. What should happen is that when the menu item is clicked, the link should redirect to xray's route but it's failing to do so and as such there's nothing we can do from our end to fix it. "
Can you please take a look into this asap provide us with the solution as we are getting delayed in generating our release documents.
