How to restrict users for Zephyr license?

Hello - I am going to use Zephyr in my organisation. I have registered around 50 users of Jira Cloud application.

I just want to grant Zephyr access for 10 testers. How to do that. Worth to mention is that I would like also to pay only for 10 users Zephyr license.

As your licence for Jira Cloud is for 50, you will need a Zephyr licence for 50 as well.  App levels have to match the highest tier of application you've got.

When it will change - what are the plans here. Such approach simply disqualify your plugins from usage.

It won't change in the foreseeable future, this is a licence model Atlassian moved to years ago, and have no intention of changing.

(And it's not me, it's Atlassian policy, and I'm not an Atlassian)
