Hi,
I've created a JIRA structure where my tickets are grouped by Platform/s.
The problem is that some tickets are grouped into a "No Option" folder, although they have value(s) in the Platform/s field. Only the tickets with the empty field should be dropped into the "No Option" folder.
I was not able to identify the root cause.
Thanks
I understood the root cause. If any of the EPICs children (story / bug / task) has no value in Platform/s field, it will display the parent EPIC in the "No Option" folder.
The solution is to makes sure all the EPICs children have a value set in the Platform/s field.
Welcome to the community, @Adi TK.
Glad to hear you were able to figure it out on your own and it's great that you shared the solution here for others to find! 👍
