How can I integrate the X Ray test for the next generation project?

We use Xray tool for our projects. We have new gen project and we want to add test in our task pages , but  create test  button is not enable in that task page. In old projects, create test was coming inside the task page.  Now we have to enter a test for that job from the jira menu on the left. Can you give information about this subject? How can we create a test within the project task? (Doesn't it support new generation projects?)

Yes, Xray can be used on Next-Gen projects. You can refer to our documentation to understand how to configure next-gen projects with Xray.

Regarding the missing button, you've to make sure that the Task issue type is set as a "Coverable Issue Types" on the "Test Coverage" configuration window.
