Hi Community,
i am currently looking at and testing Atlassian AI. i have connected a JSM project to a slack channel. the customer can then ask questions or ask for solutions via this channel. everything works wonderfully.
now all users in this channel can see all questions from the other users. how can you set it so that a user can only see his conversation in this channel?
here in the screenshot you can see two users. one is antonio.derrico and the other is toni-test. both users can see the comments of the other. how can we prevent this?
@Antonio D_Errico Nice to see that you are trying out the Slack + JSM integration. Currently, it is not possible to set it so that the question is only seen between bot and the requester. The integration between Jira and Slack primarily focuses on notifications, issue previews, and the ability to create and manage Jira issues directly from Slack. However, there are some workarounds that you might consider. For instance, you could use private channels or direct messages in Slack for sensitive discussions. Additionally, Jira Service Management offers the ability to turn on private chat requests, which means all issue updates are sent via private direct message with the requester, rather than posting publicly in the request channel.See Documents for details and instructions:
