Has anyone encountered this error when opening up an installed app ERROR: 34C0KY?

I am getting this error when opening up Status Time Free and Clockwork Free.

Hi @Douglas Briones -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I am not using either of those addon apps, however you may want to contact the support for their vendors from the marketplace page.  Apps normally have an email address/support page for contacts.
