Error when trying to add CRM for Jira

When I try to add CRM for Jira, I keep getting this error.

"We ran into a little trouble

It might just be a hiccup. Try again in a bit"

I thought it may have been due to not payment information being added so I entered that but still get this message.

I think it would be best to contact the app vendor. Several communication paths are available in the Marketplace
