I connected JIRA and Zendesk successfully and am able to create tickets in Zendesk for JIRA however, when I try to create a post fucntion and select the Notify Zendesk Support option I get this error
"Unable to retrieve addon module URL. Please check your specified module key."
What does that mean? Essentially, what I want to happen is when a ticket that was created in zendesk moves on our sprint board I want the submitter to be notified of the ticket progress so I assumed this would be the best way to do that?
Any help would be great!!!
It means that there's a problem with the add-on that is providing the "notify zendesk" post-function.
First, check that you're on the latest version of the add-on for your version of JIRA, then second, you'll need to go to the authors of the add-on to get it fixed.
