EazyBI - Filtering by changing status transition

Daniel Juravski July 1, 2018

Hi,

I am trying to create a table that will represent issues that transited to status X and filter them by time, I mean issues that transited to X at the last week, last 2 weeks, last month etc. The Time dimension doesn't help me here, because it privileged to the 'creation time'.

How can I do that ?

Thank you !

Hi @Daniel Juravski ,

The Time dimension filter will privilege by the measure used in the report. For example, if you wish to filter issues by the Transition to status date, use the measure "Transitions to status" instead of "Issues created". Also, use the Transition Status dimension to select the status X. The report then could look similar to the one below:

You can find out more on how measures work with the Time dimension in the linked presentation from eazyBI community days - https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/learn-more/training-videos/training-videos-on-specific-topics#Trainingvideosonspecifictopics-It’sAboutTime.

Hi @Daniel Juravski

Take a look at this post which shows you how you can use the time filter to work with other date properties: https://community.eazybi.com/t/time-dimension-using-another-date-to-filter-by/1582/3
