Skills management is even more simple with BigPicture 8.2.
Now, required skills in BigPicture are synced with Jira fields. You can assign skills to tasks in bulk, automate skills distribution, and filter issues by skills required. All to ensure your data is up to date in both BigPicture and Jira.
Additionally, we’ve added features that will allow you to quickly identify "incorrect" allocation of resources to projects; as well as resources exceeding total availability to identify project bottlenecks and to intelligently balance them.
