Data is missing when we edit the issue

Hi, We have a Intenso Dynamic multi select with shows other field when selected. So, my problem is when I select a value in related field and save it. It works. But, whenever I edit the ticket, I am losing that related field value. This is a huge loss for us. Please help us ASAP. Thanks.

Did you ever receive a sufficient answer/solution or identify a workaround? We're running into the same headache and it's causing major problems with existing field value losses when users go to edit an issue.
