Hi - I'm ultimately trying to pull data fields entered into a form in Confluence (Confiforms) into my email marketing platform. The IFTTT send email functionality for Confiforms doesn't let me do what I need to do (branded HTML template etc) - and we already use an email marketing platform (Dotmailer) for our internal comms emails, with a whitelisted IP for internal broadcasts.
I can't for the life of me work out how to get the data out of Confluence - other than a manual export. Surely this is possible?! I'm working with a 3rd party who will sort the ultimatele Dotmailer integration for me, but I can't get the data from the Confirform to them automatically - either via an FTP connector, by posting the data to a URL or pushed to a cloud-based service like Google Sheets so they can access the data via API.
Help!
Thanks
@Sarah Dyer Please have a look at ConfiForms REST APIs, it helps you to setup an automatic way to export the data from your ConfiForms
Does the platform support pulling in data from a web service or have a web service that data can be pushed to? Each ConfiForms form has a url that presents the data as JSON. You can also post to a url using the Webservice Request action in the IFTTT macro.
