Can I populate Custom field with Customer data field from Crumbs?

Hello everyone,

I would like to pull Customer data from Crumbs and populate a custom field with the data in Jira SM.

Does anyone know if this is possible or possibly how this can be done?

Hi Ben, you can use the Crumbs API and Jira Automation together to populate the field with Crumbs data.
