Automation move Issue to Board when Due Date is x days away

Hello Community,

I would like to build an automation:

-> move the issue from the Backlog to 'To Do', when the due date is 2 weeks away.


Has someone an idea how to do this?

Hi Vanessa,

My approach would be a daily scheduled rule (as there is no real external system event that would trigger your rule) that checks for issues with due date in 14 days and your desired status and then transition those issues (see screenshot below, you would just have to change the status to the status of your system):
