Atlympic Event - Marketplace Apps Integration: Projectrak + Automation for Jira

How did you find the app?

I work for the product team that creates Projectrak (previously known as Profields.) Here you can learn how this integration with Automation for Jira came up.

What did you use it for?

We use Jira for marketing ends; this integration is helpful to automate tasks that react to projects such as:

  • To automatically update the project status to "Active" every time someone works and updates any issues within.
  • Update the project status automatically to "Open" when a project is created.
  • Every time a project is created, and the project lead is known, it automatically updates the project country's value.

Here's an e-book with seven use cases about this integration.

Which team used it?

Any team looking to save time could use this integration! Regarding Projectrak as a stand-alone app, we're aware multinational companies take advantage of its functionality to facilitate project creation on distributed teams across the globe, among other uses.

What would happen if you didn’t have it?

Not having this integration would imply spending more time in Jira than actually working.
