One of Jira Service Management's strengths is the ability to integrate with other systems.
We implemented many 🤖 Automated Service Desks where the requests are fulfilled automatically (e.g. granting access to applications, account creations, etc...) upon approvals.
However, the bottleneck is transferred to the approvers after that.
Bulk Approvals was conceptualised to solve the pain of customers who have to review and approve hundreds of requests at a go. 🚀
This will enable Jira to support higher volume of tickets for self-service automated Service Desks.
