Is it possible to see intercom ticket conversation link added as Insight without having to log in as can be done with JIRA ? Now we can just add the link and I must click the link and sign-in

The answer to your question is most likely no because "Insight" does not have any way to read and resolve linked conversations. However, to be completely sure, would you mind posting a screenshot of where exactly you would like to see the conversation in Jira?

I want to see conversation history and messages as we do for JIRA. It would be great if ToolsPlus could fetch intercom conversations from "Insights" and show conversation history as you do with JIRA
