Abacus: Comment trigger is disabled?

In the cloud version of "Abacus" add-on, it works when "Issue Updated" is set as the Issue Event of "Execution Plans", but It does not work when "Comment Created", "Comment Updated" and "Comment Deleted" are set.

It also does not work when "Manually" is set for the trigger.
Is this a known defect? Is there any other way to solve this problem?

@Takafumi Sugiyama - Comment created, comment updated and comment deleted are only trigged when you interacted with comments. Jira only sends comment related events when a user creates, updates or deletes comments. 

As for manual trigger, this is activated when you click on the " Execute Plan Now" button after you have created a JQL consisting of the subset of tickets you want to calculate.
