I recently encountered account suspension from an Email Service Provider (ESP) before even launching my first email campaign. I haven't sent any emails yet, and the list I intended to use consists of our clients, not a purchased one.
I should note that I didn't use the opt-in process as the contact list was ready. (could it be the reason? and how to deal with this?)
I'm confused by this suspension and seeking advice from you on potential reasons and solutions.
With today's spam firewalls and filtering for campaign-type e-mails with more than 25 to 50 outside users i would suggest using an outside service like Constant Contact, Marketo, or Mailchimp. One of my clients had is reputation scores get so bad he was not able to send to muiliple organizations with these filtering and e-mail firewalls. if you have any further questions please reach out
