why timetracking not show up to the right?

why timetracking not show up to the right?

Hi All, it seems i have time tracking added to the screen, but at the issue view page I can not see the time tracking shown up to the right, is there some settings hide it? Thanks.

Is Time Tracking enabled in your JIRA?

There is only permission check on who can log the work. Everyone can see it though!

may be some system plugin not enabled? can not find where is the settings to hide or display it...
