Hi Kailash, welcome to the Community!

We'll need the application logs from your Jira Server in order to figure out what's going on. If you're not sure where those are, you can follow these instructions to find them:

  1. Choose Administration (  ) > System. Select System support > System Info to open the System Info page.
  2. Search the page for Location of atlassian-Jira.log which should list the file path to the log file on your server.
  3. Open the file and copy the last few lines - we're looking for information related to the com.atlassian.jira.plugins.jira-slack-server-integration-plugin or universal plugin manager. This is the bit we need to troubleshoot futher!

Tip: try installing the plugin again right before you open the log file, so that any errors related to plugin installation will be easy to find at the bottom of the log file.

Thanks,
Daniel | Atlassian Support
